Reliant LDN’s goal is to build a highly reliable plumbing and heating company with engineers covering the South East of the United Kingdom. Our mission is to provide a valued and recommendable service to all our customers.
The aim of the company is to provide such an impressive level of service that all of our customers would recommend. We will achieve this by ensuring that all work we carry out is completed to the highest of standards, in a timely manner and that is also affordable.
Ricky, one half of the heart of Reliant and a dedicated company director, has been a qualified plumber since 2003. Trained at East Berkshire College in Langley, he combines expert knowledge in plumbing, air conditioning, and underfloor heating with a friendly, approachable personality that makes him a true asset to both the team and our customers.
Rebecca is the Operations Manager at Reliant, keeping things running smoothly since January 2024. Organised and friendly, she brings great energy to the team while ensuring everything stays on track.
Ethan is a dedicated Reliant engineer who qualified in 2022 and has quickly become one of our long-standing and most versatile team members. Energetic and eager to learn, he’s out on the tools every day gaining real-world experience — now newly qualified in gas, skilled in air conditioning installations, and a true all-rounder who always gives his best.
Dennis is our highly experienced boiler breakdown and service engineer, with over 35 years in the trade. Skilled in plumbing repairs and all types of call-out work, he’s known for his reliability, expertise, and friendly approach that always puts customers at ease.
Simon, a valued member of our team, he’s our go-to expert for air conditioning installations, bringing skill, precision, and a fresh, dynamic approach to every project.
Micheal, with 22 years of hands-on experience in breakdowns and system configuration, our specialist brings unmatched expertise and reliability to every job. A true professional who keeps things running smoothly — and never says no to a good biscuit.
Alfons is one of the newer members of our team, this skilled boiler engineer specialises in installations, repairs, and general plumbing support. Known for his polite manner and professionalism, he’s quickly become a valued and trusted part of the crew.
Our staff are trained to resolve a huge selection of issues. They are trained for both domestic and commercial sites and have a huge array of resources and knowledge at their disposal.
We are available for regular plumbing work from 8AM to 10PM Monday to Saturday. So you can be sure that we are available when you need us.
